Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so up to 24hrs in advance without incurring any extra cost. 24hrs in advance means before 22:00pm on the day before you are scheduled to check in. Deposits on bookings made through our own website are Non-Refundable. For bookings made on external websites, please refer to the booking provider’s Terms & Conditions. Cancellations within 24hrs of the date of check in will be charged at 80% of the full rate for the first night’s accommodation. Within 24hrs of the date of check in means between 22:00pm on the day before your scheduled check in date and 13:00pm on the date of your scheduled check in.

Any cancellations made after 13:00pm on the date of your scheduled check in will be treated as a „no-show without cancellation“. In the event of a no-show without cancellation, you will be charged the full amount for the first night’s accommodation.
